In this thesis , the conditions of current chinese teachers in higher education are investigated by sampling , and huge amount of data is obtained . on the basis of statistics and analysis , the teachers are studied as a special group of persons with abilities , according to the fundamental theory of persons with abilities . the current conditions and problems of the higher education faculty are analyzed , and the running mechanism based on competition and the exchange of persons with abilities is put forward as a solution for the structural optimization of teacher group
本文通过对当前我国高校教师群体结构现状的抽样调查研究，获得了大量数据，在统计分析的基础上，依据人才学关于人才群体的基本理论，将教师群体作为一个特殊的人才群体进行研究，对高校教师群体结构的现状和存在的主要问题进行了具体分析，并有针对性地提出了以人才流动和有效竞争作为教师群体结构优化的运行机制，在此基础上，提出了优化教师群体结构的主要对策。
